Under Section 124(6) of the Companies Act, 2013, shares in respect of which dividend has not been paid or claimed for 7 consecutive years are transferred to the IEPF Authority under the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

RTA

Verification Report

The company and its Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) verify physical documents and submit an e-Verification Report to the IEPF Nodal Officer.

CREDIT

Sanction & Credit

Upon approval by the IEPF Authority, shares are released to the claimant's Demat account and dividends refunded via direct bank transfer.
