Find N Recover is an independent private service provider. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as an appointment, endorsement or authorization by IEPF Authority, MCA, SEBI, any bank, company, RTA or government authority unless expressly documented.

A potential record does not establish ownership or entitlement. We do not guarantee recovery, approval, timing or value. Outcomes depend on the relevant records, eligibility, documents and decisions of the applicable company, RTA or authority.

3. Customer responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information and authentic documents. We may request additional documentation when necessary.

4. Fees

Any applicable service fee, success fee, fixed fee or third-party expense will be communicated in the relevant engagement documentation. The website does not create a fee obligation by itself.

5. Third-party processes

Company, RTA, IEPF, banking, insurance and other processes are controlled by the relevant institution and may change. We do not control third-party processing timelines.
